All payments for acquisition advisory, consulting, evaluation, business brokering, opportunity identification, or strategy-related services are final and non-refundable.

 

Our services involve significant time, analysis, research, and proprietary processes that cannot be reversed or recovered once performed.
 

 

 

2. Retainers and Engagement Fees

 

Any retainer, engagement fee, or upfront payment collected to initiate services is non-refundable, as it reserves time, resources, and personnel for your project.
 

 

 

3. Exceptions

 

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

 

• No work has been performed and no research or communication has begun

• A payment was made in error or duplicated

• A service was paid for but is no longer offered, and no portion has been delivered

 

These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

 

 

4. Work Already Performed

 

Once any of the following activities have occurred, refunds will not be issued:

 

• Property or business research

• Opportunity sourcing or outreach

• Financial evaluations or preliminary underwriting

• Strategy planning, advisory communication, or consultation

• Drafting, documentation, or preparation of materials

• Buyer or seller matching activities

• Analysis of financials, P&Ls, projections, or operational data

 

If work has begun, the client is responsible for the full agreed fee regardless of outcome.
 

 

 

5. Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel a service after work has begun, the cancellation will not result in a refund.

You may cancel future recurring services (if applicable), but completed work will remain billable.
 

 

 

6. Delivery of Services

 

Our obligation is to provide professional advisory services, research, evaluations, and strategic instruction. We do not guarantee:

 

• The availability of specific properties or businesses

• Successful acquisition outcomes

• Acceptance of offers

• Financial performance of acquired assets

• Return on investment

 

Because results depend on market conditions and client decisions, refunds cannot be provided based on outcomes.
 

 

 

7. Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the matter with us first may result in:

 

• Suspension of services

• Termination of your engagement

• Legal action to recover owed fees
